Position: SAP RAR Lead
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Total Experience: 8 + years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Finance expertise, deep knowledge of revenue recognition processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, SAP, and Data teams in regulated, audit-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP RAR solution design, implementation, and support.
- Collaborate with Finance, SAP, and Data teams to deliver business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide functional leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and revenue recognition standards.
- Support financial reconciliation, accruals, deferrals, and audit reporting.
- Work within regulated environments while maintaining compliance and governance.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) experience.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Revenue Recognition.
- Solid understanding of IFRS 15, revenue allocation, accruals, deferrals, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in audit and compliance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge Finance, SAP, and Data teams effectively.
- Experience working in regulated and audit-sensitive environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Contract Accounting concepts is preferred.
