What does a typical project look like in your new team?

  • Define and deploy the overall growth strategy for Creaform Engineering and Crank;
  • Build and lead a high-performing business development team;
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and key accounts;
  • Ensure strategic alignment between sales and marketing to drive global growth;
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve objectives;
  • Position our software solutions and services to enhance customer experience and added value;
  • Promote a culture of innovation, performance, and talent development.

Some key elements that will help you settle in smoothly with us:

  • Dynamic leader with strong skills in management, communication, and strategy;
  • Engineering degree (software preferred); MBA is an asset;
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in software/services, including 5+ years in team leadership;
  • Strong technical background and solid understanding of sales, marketing, and go-to-market processes;
  • Experience in product management, planning, and development;
  • Ability to thrive in complex environments and inspire their team;
  • Being bilingual in French and English is essential, as a large portion of our communications is conducted in English with our international subsidiaries and clients. You’ll frequently participate in meetings with English-speaking partners.
