THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Support Associate to the Executive Office to provide direct leverage to the Chief of Staff and Founder at Elevation Capital. This is not a traditional assistant role — it is a fast-paced, high-trust position at the center of the firm’s decision-making and execution. The right candidate thrives under pressure, operates with speed and precision, and can move seamlessly between strategic priorities and hands-on execution. You will be expected to solve problems independently, organize complex information, and drive critical outcomes across the Executive Office, Family Office, and portfolio businesses.

This role is always on — responsive, adaptable, and moving at the speed of the Founder. It demands resourcefulness, judgment, and relentless follow-through. In return, it offers an unparalleled opportunity to accelerate your career, gain exposure at the highest level of leadership, and play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes that matter.

WHO YOU ARE
Highly Organized – You thrive in creating order, managing logistics, calendars, and communication with precision and discretion.
Detail-Oriented – You catch the small things that others miss and take pride in doing things right the first time.
Proactive – You don’t wait to be told; you take initiative, anticipate needs, and act independently.
Discrete and Trustworthy – You handle sensitive information with care and are someone who can be counted on.
Effective Communicator – You write and speak clearly, concisely, and professionally, whether engaging with internal stakeholders or external partners.
Service-Oriented – You take pride in supporting others and making their lives easier, knowing your impact enables broader business success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive solutions to complex problems across the Family Office and portfolio companies.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors, running competitive RFP processes and securing best-in-class outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Plan and execute high-stakes travel, events, and itineraries with precision and zero margin for error.
  • Lead vendor sourcing and RFP processes, negotiate terms, and secure the best outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Manage acquisitions and logistics for high-value assets and projects with complete discretion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems that provide clarity, accountability, and visibility for leadership.
  • Prepare decision-ready briefs, memos, and presentations that distill complexity into simple, actionable insights.
  • Capture outcomes from critical meetings, translate them into next steps, and drive follow-through to completion.
  • Own tasks end-to-end, ensuring execution is fast, accurate, and outcome-driven.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism, trust, and sound judgment.
  • Operate at the Founder’s pace — fast, intense, and always on.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, communications, and administrative operations effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, MS Teams, Monday (or other project management software).
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work high demand schedule
  • Must be willing to work in Eastern/Central Timezone

COMPENSATION
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role.
