Project Coordinator - Telecom
Location: Calgary, AB (with travel to project sites as needed)

Key Responsibilities
- Promote a strong safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety programs and regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and systems, ensuring accuracy and easy access to critical information.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules to keep deliverables on target.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and test plans.
- Support site mobilization, including permits, equipment, and resources.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Respond to project inquiries and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, procurement) to gather and clarify requirements.
Requirements Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Telecom, fibre optic, or underground utility construction experience.
- Knowledge of permitting, construction administration, or contract terms.
- Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Work Conditions
- Primarily office-based in Calgary, with regular travel to project sites.
- Per diem and accommodations provided for site travel.
- Fast-paced, dynamic work environment managing multiple projects.
