  • Support the SDR team by contributing to the streamlining of internal processes and workflows
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using our Customer 360 platform
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers
  • Perform research on target SMB accounts, identifying key contacts, and helping develop personalized outreach strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation
  • Track and manage prospecting activity using Salesforce’s CRM platform to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion
  • Structured Training: The SDR Apprentice Program offers comprehensive enablement, including sales methodology, product knowledge, and role-specific skills development
  • Mentorship and Support: Work side-by-side with experienced SDRs and sales leaders, gaining invaluable mentorship to help you progress in your career
