Job Title: Administrative Assistant Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our management and office staff. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person for organizing schedules, managing communications, and keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Support team members with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Secretary, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Working Hours:
Morning Shift (Part-Time): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Benefits:
