Job Overview Reporting to the Office Manager, as the Home Warranty Communication Coordinator, you create and deliver multi-channel reminders, educational updates, and builder-directed critical notices. You also collect and analyze homeowner feedback and satisfaction data to produce actionable reports on homeowner experience and build quality that supports the serviceQ team’s continuous improvement efforts.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Tracking performance metrics for the website and social media platforms to improve homeowner engagement and communication success.
- Developing homeowner service and warranty communications across the website, social media, and targeted reminders, ensuring clear updates on maintenance tasks, schedules, and coverage.
- Assessing homeowner satisfaction levels with their home warranty and build quality through surveys, direct interactions, or communication channels.
- Analyzing statistical and qualitative data to identify trends, common issues, and areas needing improvement and providing actionable insights based on homeowner feedback to elevate customer experience initiatives and service operations.
- Creating detailed reports for builders that evaluate homeowner satisfaction, warranty services, and overall experience.
- Coordinating accurate information sharing and alignment of communication efforts with warranty teams and builders.
- Providing performance metrics and feedback data to inform future enhancements to warranty programs and communication policies.

Essential Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in communications, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, marketing and reporting or data analysis.
- Experience in construction, warranty or restoration services industry.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), construction management software (SiteDocs, BuildPro, Hubspot or similar CRM etc.) and WordPress.
