We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wash Bay Attendant to support our detailing and reconditioning operations. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry, with room for learning, skill development, and advancement within the team.
Role Summary: The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for washing, cleaning, and preparing vehicles as part of the detailing and reconditioning process. This role supports the overall flow of the shop and plays a key part in delivering a polished final product to our customers. With strong performance and a positive attitude, there is opportunity to grow into more advanced detailing or automotive roles over time.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform exterior vehicle washing, rinsing, and drying

Clean wheels, tires, and wheel wells to established standards

Assist with interior cleaning tasks as required (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, removing debris)

Safely move vehicles in and out of the wash bay when required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding work areas

Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and products

Identify and report any vehicle damage or concerns to the supervisor

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Support the detailing team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
-
Valid driver’s licence preferred
Assets
-
Previous experience in vehicle washing, detailing, or automotive environments (not required)
-
Interest in automotive detailing or a long-term career in the automotive industry
-
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
