What You’ll Do
- Lead financial reporting for multiple entities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Oversee month-end close and deliver timely, accurate analysis to leadership.
- Consolidate subsidiary financials and manage audits.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics in collaboration with the Director & CFO.
- Drive process improvements and implement strategies for long-term success.
- Prepare special reports and insights that influence executive decisions.
- Champion EnerStar’s core values in every aspect of your work.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
- CPA designation or active enrollment in the CPA program.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in GAAP, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks; knowledge of FieldCap and Vena is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead.
- Prior experience in both Canada and the USA is an asset.
