About the role

Job Summary

As the Manager for the Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Coatings/ Maintenance Division, the team member is responsible for leading, overseeing, and assisting with the completion of all epoxy and resinous flooring projects, various specialty asphalt/ concrete coatings (e.g. acrylics, membranes, etc.), as well as various types of concrete maintenance services. Other occasional projects that the team member may be asked to help with may include, however is not limited to, parking lot line painting, asphalt/ pavement maintenance, various parking lot cleaning services such as sweeping, power-washing, litter pick-up, etc., commercial painting projects, acrylic surfacing, and more.

***The hours of work for this position are typically during the day, however may at times, with proper communication ahead of time, include evenings, weekends and the occasional night shift based on projects to complete and site requirements.

Responsibilities

Big lines of what you’ll do:

AAs the Manager for the Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Coatings/ Maintenance Division, the team member will be responsible for working with, leading, and overseeing the crew(s) responsible for carrying out all epoxy and resinous flooring projects.

  • Assisting with sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assisting with/ leading communications between EverLine and clients.
  • Assisting with/ leading the management and operations of projects.
  • Assisting with training and onboarding crews/ team members.
  • Creating and reviewing scopes and scheduling notes and discussing project notes and scopes with the team to properly and efficiently complete projects.
  • Assisting with projects (working side by side with crews and team members, however in a leadership/ management position).
  • Completing quality checks.
  • Submitting all reports required by EverLine (SCRUM, FLHA, Ops., etc.) in the timeframe required.
  • Ensuring equipment is in good working order. Etc.

Qualifications

What you need to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience working with epoxy/ resinous flooring systems, concrete coatings/ maintenance or a related field.

  • Previous leadership and management experience.

  • Previous experience in communicating with clients.

  • A positive, helpful, constructive, and ready-to-work attitude.

  • You are a self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem-solve.

  • You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).

  • Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.

  • A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
