Responsibilities
- Train and evaluate machine-learning models
- Build reliable datasets and feature pipelines
- Design experiments and compare modeling approaches
- Optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource usage
- Investigate errors and model failure patterns
- Partner with engineers to deploy and monitor models Qualification
Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong Python programming skills
- Understanding of supervised learning, optimization, and evaluation
- Familiarity with NumPy, pandas, and ML frameworks
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
Preferred
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or deep learning
- Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring
- Experience with NLP, ranking, or recommendation systems
- Previous research, internship, or machine-learning project
