Service Advisor - Fredericton Kia

As we prepare to move into our brand-new prime location in the coming weeks, we are looking for a customer-focused, driven, and professional Service Advisor to join our growing team.

Position Summary
As a Service Advisor, you are a key connection point between our guests and the technical service team. Your role ensures every guest receives clear communication, expert guidance, and an experience rooted in trust, transparency, and professionalism.
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service interactions within the Service Department. From booking appointments to explaining repair recommendations and following up after service visits, you play a vital role in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and dealership success.

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
