Role Description The Senior Management Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for leading client engagements, diagnosing business challenges, and designing practical solutions that drive financial performance and operational excellence in hospitality and related sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, evaluating business processes, developing recommendations, preparing client-ready reports and presentations, and facilitating workshops with client teams. The Senior Management Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and help shape proposals and engagement plans. The role involves regular interaction with senior client leaders and requires the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, performance metrics, and operational trends. Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience in strategy, operations, or performance improvement. Candidates should possess Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Candidates should possess Business Process skills for mapping, optimizing, and redesigning workflows. Relevant experience in hospitality, real estate, or asset management is highly beneficial. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven experience leading projects or workstreams and mentoring junior team members. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, and travel to client locations as needed.
