. Purpose and Overvie w:The IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of core IT infrastructure services across the organization. This role acts as the escalation point for Level 1 support and ensures the stability, performance, and security of systems including servers, cloud platforms, identity services, storage, and networking components. The position combines operational support with project delivery, contributing to continuous improvement and standardization of IT service
