About the role
Brandt Tractor, Canada’s largest equipment dealer, is seeking a Communication Specialist. With a dedicated focus on internal communications, this role is vital in ensuring information reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right way. In a fast-paced, multi-division environment, it supports critical decisions and keeps operations aligned by managing incoming communications, drafting accurate bulletins, preparing professional presentations, ensuring consistent tone, messaging and branding in line with company direction across all segments.
Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a Communication Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and triage incoming supplier and general communications, routing them to the correct internal teams. Prioritize time-sensitive messages and escalate to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate distribution lists for communications.
- Draft and catalogue clear, professional bulletins, ensuring accuracy and maintaining consistency in formatting, branding, and tone across all communications in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain a structured, searchable archive of all bulletins for reference by management and staff.
- Support Corporate Sales, working with the greater sales support team across Brandt’s divisions, by preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Support Corporate Sales with multi-segment bid proposals, ensuring accuracy, branding consistency, and compliance with bid requirements.
- Create and maintain fillable PDF forms and Microsoft Forms to support business processes, ensuring document packages include all forms required by stakeholders.
- Support special projects and corporate communications as needed.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience creating fillable PDF forms and Microsoft Forms.
- Familiarity with branding standards and ensuring consistency in tone, format, and style.
