Senior Support Worker Maternity Leave

Full time

£12.84 per hour

Fixed Term Contract - 10th April 2026

Lawn Court is a highly successful and valued Residential Support & Recovery Service in Bexhill-on-Sea, and due to our continued success, we are looking to add to our staff team.

Lawn Court is looking for an inspiring and compassionate person who can work creatively alongside people with mental health needs on their journey towards greater wellbeing and independence. Utilising your passion for empowering people with complex mental health needs, you will be supporting individuals to increase their independence and life quality, as well as supporting staff to achieve excellence.

Experience is essential, as is a Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma. Sleep-in shifts are available and paid as an additional supplement.
