Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist Indigenous learners in the college and community.
- Provide important information and resources to support the transition to post-secondary education.
- Host Student Orientation events and activities.
- Direct Indigenous students to appropriate supports withing the College and community.
- Develop and maintain working relationship with First Nations schools, councilors, and supports.
- Support the College's recruitment and enrolment teams.
- Administrative support
Job Requirements
- One year of post-secondary education; 2 year diploma is preferred.
- 2 years of previous administrative experience; experience working with Indigenous groups is an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills; experience in public speaking is an asset.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Class 5 driver's license.
Additional Information
This is a Temporary AUPE appointment at the Lloydminster campus.
