JOB SUMMARY: We're looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and procurement activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls. This role manages core accounting functions, supports financial planning, monitors cash flow and budgets, and ensures proper documentation and audit readiness. The position also collaborates with leadership on financial analysis, risk management, and cost optimization while maintaining compliance with Canadian and U.S. financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA a plus)
- 5+ years of accounting/finance and procurement experience
- Experience in regulated or financial services environments
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Experience with financial reporting, audits, and multi-entity or multi-currency environments
- Fluency in French and English required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
