The IT Network & Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and administrative assistance to the Information Technology department, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the facility’s systems and network infrastructure. This role provides user support to the Canadian employee base, maintains hardware and software environments, supports operational technology needs in the manufacturing setting, and contributes to IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager. The Specialist plays a key role in service request management, system monitoring, endpoint maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT services to ensure operational uptime and high internal customer s

    Qualifications:Diploma in Computer or Network Administration, Information Technolo

  • gy, or related field.0–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration,

  • or technical service.Experience working with Help Desk systems is

  • considered an asset.Proficiency in English

    Skills:Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and

  • basic network issues.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micro

  • soft 365 applications.Experience with systems management tools (KACE or

  • equivalent) preferred.Ability to analyze data and generate reports using relational data

  • base concepts (asset).Solid understanding of security patching processes an

  • d endpoint compliance.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and t

  • ime‑management skills.Strong customer service orientation and

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually plus va
