Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Consultant, Member Experience Readiness , you will work cross-functionally to align operations with strategic goals, driving efficiency and growth across member experience and community engagement. You will lead and be responsible for developing and executing readiness strategies for high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives. This role ensures organizational and member preparedness for change by influencing senior stakeholders, leading governance forums, and supporting and mentoring readiness leads.
This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, Member Experience Readiness. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Owning readiness strategy design, development and implementation for critical programs (e.g., enterprise platform changes) and lead cross-functional readiness governance forums and be accountable for the integrated readiness plans of all impacted teams/departments.
- Partnering with product, technology and line of business leads to define success factors and KPIs, demonstrating high level of self-management.
- Consult and inform senior leadership on Readiness plans to gain alignment and provide clear visibility to options and risks to enable sound decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement of readiness methodologies and frameworks, including successful take to market strategies for complex technology programs.
- Supports the ongoing development of Readiness Leads and Centre of Excellence through coaching and mentorship.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of experience in change management and readiness leadership.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in adoption metrics and organizational capacity assessments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and readiness frameworks.

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $91,000 to $136,400 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
