Job Description Job Summary: The Project Coordinator II will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Salary Range - $60,000 - $65,000
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and provide guidance or direction on tasks.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues using standard project management tools & practices.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
Qualifications
- College or University degree required
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration (Minimum 2 years required, 2-4 preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
