Généraliste en ressources humaines Contrat: 12 mois Salaire : jusqu’à 75k /an

Le ou la Généraliste en ressources humaines soutient les opérations de l'usine en offrant un accompagnement aux gestionnaires et aux employés dans l'ensemble des activités liées aux ressources humaines.

Principales responsabilités: Gérer le recrutement et l'intégration des nouveaux employés. Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les politiques RH, les relations de travail et la gestion de la performance. Assurer la gestion des dossiers employés, des mouvements de personnel et des activités administratives RH. Coordonner les activités de formation et de développement. Soutenir les initiatives de santé et sécurité au travail. Veiller au respect des lois du travail, des politiques internes et des procédures de l'entreprise. Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et aux initiatives d'engagement des employés.

Exigences: Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines, idéalement en milieu manufacturier ou alimentaire. Bonne connaissance des lois du travail et des pratiques RH. Expérience en milieu syndiqué (atout). Excellentes aptitudes en communication, organisation et résolution de problèmes. Human Resources Generalist Contract : 12 months Salary : Up to 75k / year

The Human Resources Generalist supports plant operations by providing guidance and support to managers and employees in all human resources-related activities.

Main responsibilities: Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Advise managers on HR policies, labor relations, and performance management. Maintain employee records, personnel movements, and HR administrative activities. Coordinate training and development activities. Support occupational health and safety initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures. Participate in continuous improvement projects and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Experience in a unionized environment (an asset). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
