- Spearhead efforts to automate analytics processes and integrate AI and advanced analytics into routine operations and projects.
- Define and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our franchisee insights platform. Partner with cross-functional teams — including Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Restaurant Technology, Field, and Communications — as well as external vendors to bring the roadmap to life.
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline restaurant teams to senior leadership, ensuring roadmap initiatives deliver measurable business impact and adoption.
- Define and drive the long-term vision and strategic direction of the products
- Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements, develop a clear roadmap, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Prioritize and manage the product backlogs to ensure the most valuable features are developed first
- Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets business needs and quality standards
- Ensure all major products and features are piloted with key stakeholders and evaluate results from pilots to make “go no go” recommendations
- Collect and analyze feedback from franchisees, restaurant teams, and field teams to enhance and refine products
- Track and analyze KPIs, including user adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy, product, operations, or analytics.
- Proven experience leading analytics or insights teams, ideally within multi-unit retail, QSR, or franchise organizations
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Demonstrated success owning digital product roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution from concept to adoption
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations and franchisee needs, bridging business priorities with technology solutions
- Familiarity with AI integration, automation, and data-driven product development
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of Snowflake is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, modeling, and presenting insights
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with comfort working with large or complex data sets
- Ability to translate analytics into compelling narratives and recommendations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Proven success aligning stakeholders and managing expectations between business, product, and technical teams
- Experience developing communication and training plans to support new product rollouts and feature adoption
- Ability to ensure product and analytics initiatives align with strategic business goals and operational needs
- Effective collaborator across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to bring product visions to life
