Job Title Junior Sales Trainee

Job Description Summary Job Description Responsibilities

  • Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
  • Various Administrative requirements.
  • Conduct property, client, and company research.
  • Prospecting, cold calling, brochure distribution, and market walks.
  • Property touring.
  • Gather information for marketing proposals and due diligence/property information for prospective clients.
  • Pull and update vacancy reports for tenant requirements.
  • Assist senior brokers with proposals, market reports, and RFP responses.
  • Identify and confirm building availability, space size, and all other relevant detail using Site Solutions, brochures, and other available resources.
  • Confirm availabilities, asking rates, tenant inducements, Ops costs or other landlord expectations by connecting with brokers.
  • Transferring data into full packages as required.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally in commercial real estate, Commercial Real Estate License.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in business, urban studies or economics.
  • Strong research, analytic and written skills are required.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • A valid driver’s license.
