##About the Position

ATS Traffic is currently looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our Sales department in Calgary, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking for their first experience working within a professional setting!

The Customer Service Professional position will provide sales support to our Sales Team and their various account portfolios. You will provide prompt and accurate response to questions regarding products, pricing and availability. The Customer Service Professional position will also play an integral role assisting our estimating team on large tenders. Our ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic individual who has the keen ability to build and develop personal relationships with internal and external customers. You have a proven track record in customer service and sales with a knack for anticipating customer needs.

##Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Team and their various account portfolios

• Assist Estimating team on all large tenders

• Manage portfolio of small/medium accounts - 500k plus

• Manage and track all opportunities through CRM

• Build and develop personal relationships with internal and external customers

• Ability to determine customer needs and opportunities for sales

• Provide prompt response to customers regarding products, pricing and availability

• Use resources to develop value added solutions for clients

• Demonstrate superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills day to day

##Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
• Experience using Sales Pad and TCR is an asset.
• Previous experience working in the traffic control/construction industry is an asset.
• Post-secondary and/or customer service training courses are an asset.
• Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
