#Position Overview
#Join our dynamic recruiting team! We're looking for a driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
#You’ll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and bring great candidates through the door for entry‑level and volume roles.
#What You’ll Do
- #Source talent through database searches, job boards, cold calls, referrals, and networking
- #Build and maintain a strong pipeline for multiple openings
- #Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies
- #Attend and support job fairs to attract new talent
- #Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks
- #Share hiring recommendations and keep managers updated
- #Post open roles and maintain accurate candidate records
- #Generate basic recruitment reports (applicant flow, time-to-fill, etc.)
- #Stay current on recruiting tools and best practices
- #Support team initiatives (referral programs, relocation, etc.)
#What You Bring
- #High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
- #1–3 years of recruiting or related experience
- #Strong interviewing and communication skills
- #Ability to manage multiple roles at once
- #Great time‑management and organizational skills
- #Comfort with Microsoft Office tools
#Physical Requirements
#Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use close vision as needed.
