Contract: Temporary with Potential for Permanent Full-Time Employment
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hours/week (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Salary: $26.21/hour

Your Role We are hiring a Tire Technician to join our fast-paced, production-driven distribution team. This role offers hands-on experience with tire kitting and forklift operation, a starting wage of $26.21/H, and the potential to move into a permanent full-time role for high performers.
- Operate forklifts daily to move, stage, and organize products (forklift experience required)
- Operate the kitting machine to mount small, medium, and large agricultural and farm-style tires onto wheels
- Safely unload inbound tire shipments in warehouse and yard environments
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inventory using RF equipment
- Pick, stage, and prepare outbound orders according to work instructions
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas at all times
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards
- Support team productivity while maintaining quality expectations
What We Are Looking For
- Forklift experience required
- Steel-toe safety boots required
- Warehouse or yard experience preferred
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured procedures
- Professional attitude and respect for coworkers and leadership
