SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Hybrid | Greater Guelph Area, Ontario

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Operations to help shape the future of our brand.

This isn't a traditional corporate marketing role where strategy gets handed off to someone else.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves bringing ideas to life.

You'll partner directly with our Vice President of Marketing to transform strategy into execution, creating compelling content, launching campaigns, supporting sales, improving marketing operations, managing projects, and building scalable processes that help our organization continue to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

BRING MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO LIFE

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth
  • Coordinate initiatives across departments, agencies, and external partners
  • Support product launches and company-wide marketing initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality

CREATE AMAZING CONTENT

You'll be hands-on developing marketing materials that drive results, including:

  • Sales presentations
  • Brochures and flyers
  • Product collateral
  • Recruitment marketing materials
  • Social media graphics
  • Customer-facing communications
  • Digital content and brand assets

OWN OUR SOCIAL & DIGITAL PRESENCE

  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content
  • Execute email marketing campaigns
  • Support website and landing page content
  • Analyze engagement and recommend improvements
  • Help strengthen Gateway's digital presence across North America

BECOME SALES' GO-TO MARKETING PARTNER

  • Develop customer presentations and sales tools
  • Create promotional campaigns and product collateral
  • Support field sales teams with high-impact marketing resources
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Communications, and Operations

BUILD BETTER MARKETING OPERATIONS

You'll help create the systems that keep marketing running efficiently by:

  • Managing marketing requests and priorities
  • Coordinating project timelines and workflows
  • Improving processes and documentation
  • Leveraging AI, automation, and technology to increase efficiency
  • Building scalable marketing operations

PRODUCE ENGAGING MULTIMEDIA CONTENT

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating—not just coordinating. You'll help produce:

  • Graphics
  • Short-form videos
  • Photography
  • Presentations
  • Recruitment marketing content
  • Brand storytelling assets

LEAD AND GROW OTHERS

You'll supervise:

  • Co-op students
  • Freelance marketing partners
  • Future marketing coordinators as our team grows

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with operational excellence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience creating marketing materials using Canva (or similar platforms)
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience improving processes and building operational efficiencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience leading rebranding or organizational change initiatives
  • Marketing automation and CRM experience
  • Photography, videography, or video editing skills
  • Experience working with agencies and creative partners
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity
  • Analytics and dashboard reporting experience
