As an Investment Associate, you will enable our Financial Planners to enhance wealth services, optimize Owner relationships, improve the Advisor experience, and drive net sales revenue growth. You will use your strong knowledge of processes, requirements, and documentation relating to both Libro and Aviso investment products and services. You’ll work closely with all team members to identify and refer opportunities within all segments, supporting business growth and Owner prosperity.
The Role:
- Provide both proactive and follow-up service to fulfill Owner needs and expectations.Identify cues and refer opportunities seamlessly to appropriate specialists to match expertise to Owner’s identified needs. Topics may include Aviso NEI solutions, mutual funds, GICs, performance statements, and tax-related questions.
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and business segments to effectively service Owners and grow business.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify activities and set goals to support business plan success.
- Provide financial planners with investment-related sales support including documentation, appointment preparation, and reports to allow the sales team to focus on proactive activity.Meet the compliance of established Aviso and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes to serve Owners effectively and accurately.Make smart risk decisions that protect our Owners, Aviso, and Libro.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma with relevant experience1-3 years of work experience; customer service experience an asset.
- Previous experience in a financial institution.
- Proficient knowledge of investment compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge related to mutual funds would be seen as beneficial.
- A passion for helping people grow their financial well-being.
