• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products, or digital asset markets
• Excellent written and editorial skills in English
• Exceptional organisational discipline and deadline management
• High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Experience with CMS platforms and marketing reporting frameworks

What the job involves

• 6 months contract with potential extension
• We are seeking a highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused Project Manager with strong Content Management capabilities to support and coordinate the marketing function
• This role is responsible for maintaining full oversight of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, asset production timelines, and cross-department coordination. In parallel, the role requires hands-on content ownership, including writing, editing, publishing, and reporting
• The ideal candidate combines operational rigour with editorial precision and has a strong understanding of how trading platforms and digital products function, enabling accurate and strategically aligned communication
• Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and execution discipline
• Plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities for the Bitfinex and Bitfinex Securities platforms
• Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across marketing, product, compliance, design, and technology teams
• Ensure all campaign assets are scoped, briefed, produced, reviewed, and delivered within agreed deadlines
• Monitor execution risks and proactively remove bottlenecks
• Maintain structured workflows and documentation standards
• Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries
• Act as a coordination point between internal (Marketing and Product, Tokens, Compliance, Legal, and Operations) and external teams
• Ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects platform functionality, trading mechanics, and regulatory positioning
• Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, platform announcements, educational materials, newsletters, and website copy for the Bitfinex and Bitfinex Securities platforms
• Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, strategically positioned, and aligned with brand standards
• Edit and proofread with exceptional attention to detail
• Manage content publishing across CMS and distribution channels
• Maintain structured content planning aligned with product and market priorities
• Optimise content for clarity, SEO relevance, and professional investor audiences where applicable
