What we're looking for
Our client is a fast-growing US-based fitness and nutrition app built around one of the fastest-rising creators in women's health. They have scaled from low seven figures to eight figures in ARR in under six months. They're looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to own creative strategy for Meta, their primary paid channel, and build the creative engine behind a brand that's compounding.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own creative strategy for Meta end to end: angles, testing roadmaps, concepts, briefs, and the read on what's working and why. Source powerful member stories and testimonials from an unusually active community and turn them into winning ads at scale. Write your own hooks, scripts, and ad copy, plus briefs clean enough for an editor to execute without a meeting. Direct real people: source, brief, and guide customers and UGC creators to capture authentic footage that cuts into strong ads. Build reports in Meta Ads Manager and diagnose creative performance using metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPA.
Requirements
5+ years in performance creative with results you can demonstrate and explain in detail. Experience operating at real scale: at least $200K per month in Meta ad spend. Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, including building your own reports and diagnosing why an ad won or died. Strong hands-on execution skills. This is a builder's role, with more than half your time spent executing. Editing ability in CapCut, Premiere, or similar, enough to ship a solid cut yourself when needed. Exceptional writing and self-direction. This is a small, mostly async team where clear writing moves work forward.
Nice to Have
Experience at a fast-growing or influencer-led brand. Familiarity with amplifying an existing organic content engine through paid media.
