**Position Overview:**We are seeking an experienced and skilled Journeyman Metal Cladding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal cladding and ACM installation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position involves working on various projects, ensuring that installations meet the highest standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Install metal cladding systems on a variety of structures, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.

Measure, cut, and fit metal panels to ensure precise installation.

Safely operate hand and power tools required for metal cladding installation.

Perform site preparation and layout, including scaffolding and safety equipment setup.

Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal cladding or related construction work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of metal cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
