He/She advises management on the planning and implementation of internal communication strategies and serves as a professional reference in this field. He/She ensures monitoring of best practices and manages the process to facilitate their sharing within the team.

What you will do

  • Develop the overall internal communication calendar based on project progress, events, and organizational needs.

  • Create, coordinate, and produce internal communication tools.

  • Draft key messages and design the internal communication plan.

  • Oversee internal social activities, team-building initiatives, and promotional tools (e.g., HSE-Environment-Quality events).

  • Collaborate in organizing various internal awareness and information sessions on sustainability, occupational health and safety, and human resources.

  • Provide training on the use of internal communication tools.

  • Share meaningful information with site personnel and maintain strong links with the communications and community relations team (content production, etc.).

  • Support management in disseminating internal information.

This role could be for you if you have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications (or another relevant field).

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position.

  • Strong writing skills in both French and English.

  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
