He/She advises management on the planning and implementation of internal communication strategies and serves as a professional reference in this field. He/She ensures monitoring of best practices and manages the process to facilitate their sharing within the team.
What you will do
-
Develop the overall internal communication calendar based on project progress, events, and organizational needs.

Create, coordinate, and produce internal communication tools.

Draft key messages and design the internal communication plan.
-
Oversee internal social activities, team-building initiatives, and promotional tools (e.g., HSE-Environment-Quality events).

Collaborate in organizing various internal awareness and information sessions on sustainability, occupational health and safety, and human resources.

Provide training on the use of internal communication tools.

Share meaningful information with site personnel and maintain strong links with the communications and community relations team (content production, etc.).

Support management in disseminating internal information.
This role could be for you if you have
-
A bachelor’s degree in Communications (or another relevant field).

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position.

Strong writing skills in both French and English.
-
Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
-
Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
