Work location: Boucherville office (Onsite)
3 Months Contract**:** Full time, Monday-Friday : 7AM to 3:30PM (40 hours/week)
Start Date: January 5th 2026
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Training Department on a 3-month temporary contract. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and accurate data management to support our training programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain training records in internal systems.

Assist with document preparation, including training materials, reports, and presentations.

Manage training schedules, registrations, and confirmations for participants.

Provide general administrative support to the training team (filing, scanning, correspondence).

Monitor and update databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Respond to internal inquiries regarding training sessions and documentation.

Support logistics for training events (room bookings, catering coordination, materials distribution).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration is an asset.
- Experience of 1–2 years in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Language: French and English required.
