Tasks and functions:
Comply with all company policies, procedures and security standards
Coordinate and supervise a multitude of aggregate production activities in a quarry
Write daily reports
Adapt to change and meet deadlines
Ability to organize, lead and motivate your team
Requirements:
Experience in personnel management
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Very good communication and teamwork skills
Autonomous, rigorous with a spirit of initiative
Have a valid driver's license
