Lerners is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to support the Administrative Services team in the London, Ontario office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position. The primary duties will be to assist in the life cycle of a file from retention to destruction as well as various other administrative tasks, including print & distribution, front desk and facilities. This is an in-office position. The deadline to apply is November 5, 2025, at 11:59pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages digital and physical files
  • Responsible for file creation, retention, and destruction in line with firm policies
  • Manages off site storage services
  • Provides paper-lite support
  • Controls access to; corporate documents and evidence
  • Processes mail and couriers
  • Processes reproduction requests, performs quality control inspections
  • Liaises with litigation support/legal teams
  • Backup Front Desk Coordinator
  • Back up to Facilities and Boardroom Coordinator
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a file clerk, copy centre, receptionist an asset
  • College diploma or university degree in related field an asset
  • Basic knowledge of records management and associated principles (i.e. knowledge of classification systems) an asset
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Time management, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions

  • The functions of this role requires an assigned back up. Vacation time will need to be set in accordance with your back up.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work overtime if requested
  • Working within a professional office setting
