Job Description Are you a dedicated pet lover with a passion for customer service and management experience? Paulmac's Pets is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team and help provide the very best care and support to our valued customers and their pets.
Job Requirements Experience : Minimum 1 year of management experience is required.
Passion for Animals : We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about animals and is committed to their well-being.
Customer Service : A strong passion for helping customers and ensuring they receive the best advice and assistance in caring for their pets.
Team Collaboration : The candidate should be able to work closely with the owner and a small staff in a collaborative and supportive manner.
Flexibility : Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, between 9 am and 9 pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Work with Groomers to grow business
- Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on pet care, products, and services.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of live animals and fish in the store.
- Collaborate with the owner to achieve business goals and targets.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store for both customers and staff.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for pets and customers.
