Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Technology and Compliance, as Senior Manager, PCI Compliance you will manage and lead the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance program at the LCBO.
About The Role
- Subject matter expert and primary point of contact for PCI compliance.
- Develop and maintain the PCI control framework, manage policies and procedures and provide support to various process and control owners in achieving ongoing compliance to PCI v4.0. requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
- Plan and execute the annual PCI compliance assessment process covering internal and external stakeholders while ensuring ongoing training and awareness about activities that need to be completed.
- Maintain all PCI program sustainment activities i.e., policies, procedures, evidence, approvals etc. that are required to ensure governance of LCBO’s PCI program.
- Coordinate and lead effort required to remediate any PCI gaps.
- Provide PCI requirements in RFPs, contracts, agreements and for projects that involve cardholder data, or impact in-scope PCI areas.
- Sign off on project and intake requirements when it impacts in-scope PCI areas.
- Manage relationships with all in-scope PCI third parties i.e., vendors and service providers and ensure their compliance status is verified annually and that they do not increase LCBO’s PCI scope.
- Keep abreast of changes to PCI DSS version and how other regulations and standards may impact compliance requirements.
About You
- Any one of the following certifications PCI ISA / PCIP / CISA / CISSP is required.
- 3-5 years of work experience in information security, risk management, audit and compliance, especially managing PCI compliance programs for v4.0.1.
- Experience in completing ICFR / SoX, ITGC, control testing especially with a Big 4 or consulting firm is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership, strong management and interpersonal skills to direct, supervise, support and motivate staff and cross functional teams.
- Good analytical, presentation, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, project management software, Visio and at least one GRC tool.
