About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Manager, Technology and Collaboration Services to join our Information and Technology Services team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $93,900 – $130,000 per year.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
The Manager, Technology and Collaboration Services will lead and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance management.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Director to develop tactical plans that align with department and company strategy and objectives.
You will oversee the operational integrity, security, and performance of the network infrastructure, databases, and collaboration platforms to ensure business requirements are met. You would also oversee the data centre infrastructure to maintain stability, performance, and capacity.
In this role, you will oversee the nightly batch processing and escalate any failures as appropriate.
You will oversee the IT Service Management tool for escalation handling, ticket resolution, and workflow optimization and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
In this role, you will manage the DevOps lifecycle including continuous improvement and continuous development pipelines.
You will oversee the monthly software release cycle including monitoring and tracking all change requests.
The manager provides tactical leadership support through the project management cycle.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
- Strong understanding of networking, ITIL, database administration, IT service management, and software deployment practices.
- 5 - 8 years of related experience in IT infrastructure, network services, end-user support, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing IT operational teams.
