As theManager, Marketingyour role is pivotal in driving marketing, recruitment, and conversion (MRC) strategies that contribute to enrolment. This position will lead a team of marketing experts through a shared vision and purpose and inspire team members to create excellent work in support of institutional objectives. As a dynamic relationship builder, theManager, Marketingwill collaborate across the institution to align priorities and identify areas of greatest impact to achieve enrolment goals.

##Here’s some of what your role will involve:
- Providing leadership and input to develop and implement strategies and tactics that strengthen the Seneca brand and drive enrolment
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to advise on MRC plans that align with unique objectives, target audiences and institutional priorities
- Overseeing the execution of data-driven, multi-channel campaigns with ongoing measurement and performance reporting
- Communicating priorities and assigning projects to the marketing team
- Exhibiting outstanding leadership and customer service skills with expert delivery of strategic recommendations
- Executing the marketing team vision, mission and performance standards through ongoing coaching that supports team in achieving goals

- Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (or a combination of education, training, and experience)
- A breadth and depth of experience, ideally 5+ years
- Leadership experience, including working closely with senior stakeholders

**Pay Range:**Admin Pay Grade C: $108,466 - $146,428 (Hiring Range: $108,466 - $127,447)
Your compensation step will be determined based on receiving and verifying relevant formal education through official transcripts and relevant work experience, in accordance with the salary placement calculation.

For professor positions, we require copies of official transcripts directly from the issuing institution or credential evaluation from World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment Service (ICAS). However, we recommend that candidates gather any supporting documentation (e.g., unofficial transcripts, scan of credentials) in advance to support their applications in the event that they are successful in the hiring process.
