##The Team:

The Brand Partnerships team is part ofBrand Marketing and Communications, which includes Brand Partnerships, Communications, Community Programs, Events, PR, and Social Media.

This team develops long-term relationships with industry influencers, entrepreneurs, and creators who recommend Jobber to their audiences while collaborating on campaigns that build brand awareness and drive new customers.

##The role:

Reporting to theSenior Manager, Brand Partnerships, you will build and lead apod of approximately 7 Brand Partnerships Managers and Strategistswhile also managing your own roster of Brand Partners.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Driving measurable acquisition performance from both their own Brand Partner roster and their team’s portfolios
  • Optimizing recruitment and partner performance
  • Improving processes alongside our Operations Manager and supporting to scale the program overall

Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing performance.

The team you build will be accountable for partner recruitment, campaign execution, and measurable acquisition outcomes across Jobber’s Brand Partnerships program.

##The Brand Partner Managerwill:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team. You’ll manage and coach a team of Brand Partnerships Managers and Strategists, helping them grow their rosters, improve partner performance, and reach program targets. Through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, you’ll foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Own program performance. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and driving your team’s performance against acquisition targets. This includes reviewing partner metrics, identifying performance trends, and working with team members to optimize their recruitment strategies, partner relationships, and campaign execution.
  • Recruit, manage and optimize your own roster of Brand Partners. In addition to leading the team, you’ll recruit, onboard, and coach partners to produce authentic content that promotes Jobber and drives measurable results. You’ll regularly review partner performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize your roster to maximize impact.
  • Build authentic relationships. You’ll take a consultative approach with Brand Partners, building long-term relationships that help them succeed while representing Jobber authentically. You’ll coach partners on content strategy, engagement, and how to best introduce Jobber to their communities.
  • Dig into the data. You’ll regularly evaluate partner and team performance by analyzing metrics such as engagement, trials, and sales. Using these insights, you’ll guide your team and partners toward strategies that drive stronger acquisition results and overall program impact.
  • Drive impactful business results. You’ll balance brand-building initiatives with measurable performance outcomes. Working closely with your team, you’ll ensure brand partnerships contribute to both awareness and customer acquisition goals.
  • Proactively optimize the program. You’ll identify opportunities to improve how the program operates—whether that’s testing new campaign ideas, improving partner onboarding, or refining internal workflows that help the team operate more efficiently.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing—including Creative, Product Marketing, and Communications—to bring campaigns and initiatives to life while ensuring Brand Partners are integrated into broader marketing efforts.

##To be successful, you must have:

  • Proven influencer marketing experience, including experience in influencer and digital marketing, with a proven track record of social media-driven campaigns
  • Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team
  • A strong understanding of influencer marketing performance metrics
  • Proven track record driving measurable acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, partners, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset and strong operational discipline

##It would be really great (but not a deal-breaker) if you had:

  • Sales experience or previous hands-on marketing experience for a SaaS company or tech startup
  • Experience managing influencer or affiliate programs at scale
  • Sales or partnership negotiation experience
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms or attribution tools
  • Education in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields. BA, BS, MBA or MS in Marketing, Business or related field is a plus.
  • Experience managing or running paid campaigns on social media

Location:

We believe great collaboration is intentional, and sometimes that means coming together in person to build, brainstorm, and connect. To support this, the role is open to candidates based in one of our hub cities:Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.

Compensation:

At Jobber, we also believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and supportive of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $121,00 CAD, a midpoint of $142,200 CAD, and a maximum salary of $163,600 CAD, designed to reflect the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience, and the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.

Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
