What You’ll Do

• Be the on-camera personality for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan, film, and help produce short-form videos.
• Create educational, lifestyle, recruiting, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Attend office meetings, training sessions, events, and community initiatives to capture content.
• Interview team members, producers, and leadership.
• Work with our marketing team to develop weekly content ideas and posting schedules.
• Stay on top of social media trends and recommend new content formats.
• Occasionally edit videos using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of what performs well on social media.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
• Basic video editing skills are an asset.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to try new ideas.
