This is a long-term full-time contract opportunity. The engagement is entirely remote; however, candidates must be based in Latin America. English proficiency at B2+ required for a client-facing role. We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup setting, owns outcomes, makes sound decisions, and delivers.

Lead as a solution architect, partnering with project managers, DevOps engineers, and client teams to deliver migration projects that meet technical specifications and client expectations.
Mentor technical teams by fostering innovative problem-solving, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing ongoing training.
Act as a customer advocate by deeply understanding client needs, proposing practical options, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Support the technical development of team members through continuous guidance and leadership.
Contribute to the organization's growth by helping to develop and promote Azure migration solutions internally and externally.
Mandatory Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
A minimum of 7 years implementing technical solutions, designing architecture, and evaluating cloud environments.
Deep understanding of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
Working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms.
Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate effectively with incomplete or evolving requirements.
Creative and analytical problem-solving mindset.
Nice-to-have:
Microsoft Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305.
Other relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
Experience developing reusable migration tools or automation scripts.
Of Note:
You will be required to prove you own a laptop and basic software tools.
Completed background checks will be required before the start date if you are selected as a winning candidate.
While we strive to respond to all applicants, please understand that due to the high volume of applications we receive, providing individual feedback or responses to every candidate may not be feasible. Rest assured that your application will be carefully reviewed and considered. We appreciate your understanding and interest in joining our team.
