Pay & Perks
- $17.85–$21.00/hour base pay
- $4–$5/hour average tip-outs (total: ~$22–$26/hr)

What You’ll Do
- Cook burgers, fries, and menu items to Red Robin standards
- Work stations like grill, fryers, and prep
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Move with urgency and stay locked in during busy shifts
- Support your team and keep things running smooth
What We’re Looking For
- You show up on time and ready to work
- You don’t mind working hard and staying busy
- You bring a good attitude and respect your team
- You want to get better and learn new skills
- Experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Future Supervisor Track (for those who want it) If you show consistency, leadership, and work ethic, you can move into a Shift Supervisor role.
