About the role

We’re looking for a digitally fluent marketing leader who can drive regional growth through the execution of performance-driven, product-focused marketing campaigns.    

The Marketing Manager, is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the Canadian market, partnering with the Global Marketing teams across the full ecosystem, including brand marketing, paid media, website experience, SEO, CRM, email and insights.   

This role develops strong insights into local seasonality, market trends, and consumer behaviour, using those insights to inform targeted marketing strategies.   

Working collaboratively across the Global Marketing teams, the role identifies the most effective channels to reach priority audiences, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and support regional growth objectives. The successful candidate will take a connected approach to their marketing campaigns, bringing together media, content, data, and customer experience.   

This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule based out of our Toronto, Ontario office. The role offers an annual salary of $80,000–$90,000 CAD, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and perks. 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

 

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, preferably within travel, e-commerce, or another consumer-focused industry. 

Proven expertise in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of market trends, seasonality, and consumer behaviour. 

Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across brand marketing, paid media, website, SEO, CRM, and email marketing. 

Deep understanding of customer journeys and full-funnel marketing strategies. 

Proven ability to design and execute tactical and product-focused marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, including customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. 

Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. 

Experience identifying and leveraging the most effective marketing channels to reach and engage target audiences. 

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships across internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
