Job Information
The Business Support Analyst provides telephone and E-mail support to eHealth and Social Services (eHSS) users across the Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS) as well as Health and Social Services Authorities (HSSAs) to ensure all employees have continual access to and technical support on all eHSS Systems.
Located in Yellowknife and reporting to the Manager, Information Systems, the Business Support Analyst is the pivotal point of contact on the HealthNet Support Desk for users and must work with minimal supervision to provide the most expedited response and support possible to employees of the Health and Social Services system.
Typically, the above qualifications would be attained through completion of a diploma in computer science, health information sciences or information systems with two (2) years of related experience in the informatics industry.
