Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Odours. Hot. Cold/refrigerated. Wet/damp. Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment. Tasks: Food safety/handling skills. Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials. Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Work under pressure.
