Job Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Sales & Marketing Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activities for the business unit. You also participate in marketing strategy and special projects/events**.**
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing all sales and trade change requests for spec selections and blueprint review stages to ensure accuracy of information.
- Collaborating with sales, estimating, design and construction departments to complete change orders and ensure timely execution of change requests.
- Coordinating to resolve supplier inquiries and concerns with design and estimating, when necessary.
- Performing quality checks on information in system for accuracy of addendums and file copies, and submission of complete packages.
- Uploading all relevant information to the system or programs as assigned and paper copies for other department reference as required.
- Maintaining inventory listings on website, along with general website updates, where necessary
- Maintaining inventory of marketing supplies and participating in the preparation, review, production, print and distribution of marketing brochures and marketing collateral.
- Participating in marketing strategy and special projects/events. Promoting consistency in the application of corporate and divisional branding standards.

Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of related marketing and/or sales experience.
- Prior experience working with home builders, land developers, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and social media/marketing platforms.
