About the role
Position Summary... The Food Lead Department Manager supports food area operations by working closely with the Food Assistant Manager to deliver a strong customer experience and efficient daily execution. This role helps coordinate task completion, maintain department standards and presentation, assign and support associate coverage, and assist with scheduling and training. By leading through teamwork and attention to detail, the Food Lead Department Manager helps ensure a safe, clean, and well run department that aligns with Company policies and standards. What you'll do... Aide à fournir les instructions et à coordonner les tâches en respectant les priorités établies par le gérant adjoint de l’alimentation et l’équipe de direction de la succursale. Évalue la présentation globale de la marchandise et l’apparence des rayons de l’alimentation tout en notant les faiblesses pour les corriger. Exécute les changements sur les présentoirs de commercialisation, au besoin. Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des tâches quotidiennes du processus de disponibilité pour les clients (PDC), au besoin. Aide à l’établissement des horaires, au besoin. Affecte les associés qui aideront aux tâches liées à la disponibilité pour les clients dans tous les secteurs de la succursale. Participe à la formation et au perfectionnement des associés de l’alimentation et donne du feed-back, au besoin. Contribue à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles en respectant les directives et les procédures de la Compagnie, y compris remplir les registres des balayages de sécurité et confirmer que les présentoirs sont sécurisés et sans débris.
