##Your role

• As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll:

  -Engage with the public compassionately, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interaction -Workin the heart ofDowtown Torontoacross different parking facilities -De-escalate conflicts calmlyusing sound judgment, communication, and situational awareness -Act as a first responder, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrive -Patrol parking environments— including lots, stairwells, and exteriors — to maintain a visible and reassuring presence -Monitor alarms and surveillance systems, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptly -Deliver professional customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns -Document incidents and coordinate with law enforcementor emergency services as required

##What you bring

• -Authorization to work in Canada -Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence -Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved -Valid Ontario Driver's License -Clean Driver's Abstract -Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts -Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions -Minimum 1 year of tactical experienceengaging with members of thevulnerable population -Police Foundations diplomaorprevious police/military experience(strong asset) -Availability of day and night shifts throughout the week (Must be available Monday to Sunday: 8AM-8PM (12 hour contintenal shifts))
